Seabiscuit

The leg of horse racing great Seabiscuit lies on a table with the thoroughbred’s head on a bench, rear, at a bronze casting foundry in Kearns, Utah. The wax forms will be replaced with bronze and then assembled into a life-size statue of the famed thoroughbred. The completed statue will then be displayed at the horse’s home and final resting place at Ridgewood Ranch in Willits, California, in June. The original statue at the ranch was removed in 1951.
