Faced with complaints that his donkey was too loud, attorney Gregory Shamoun decided to bring his case directly to the court: he had the donkey testify.
Buddy the donkey appeared in court Wednesday. He walked to the bench and stared at the jury, the picture of a gentle, well-mannered creature and not the loud, aggressive animal he had been accused of being.

I don’t know anything about this, other than what I read here, but it frustrated me somewhat. Any donkeys I have ever lived by bray in the morning and evening, around feeding time. Clearly that donkey isn’t going to make a sound in the courtroom, and they probably picked a jury who know NOTHING about animals. It seems to paint an accurate picture of my idea of the justice system right now.
I’m not sure what to think.
